August 2026
In Mileage Tracking, a new tab shows, per truck, the last oil change, the next due date, and lets you request an intervention directly in one click.
Inspection types scheduled by mileage threshold (rather than a calendar-based schedule) now appear in a dedicated tab in Mileage Tracking, along with their upcoming due date.
The "Costs by truck", "Monthly cost trend" and "Breakdown by type" charts now display correctly, and the carrier filter works again as expected in the truck list.
An inspection type can no longer be configured with both a calendar-based and a mileage-based schedule at the same time, which used to trigger two conflicting alerts.
Many dropdown lists (acquisition types, billing units, schedules, statuses, etc.) now display correctly in both French and English.
The side menu, some charts, and a few button rows could slightly misalign or overflow depending on the browser's zoom level. Display now stays properly calibrated regardless of the zoom level used.
In global search, maintenance statuses now display in the correct language, and action plan, HSEQ objective and audit results now show the correct title instead of sometimes appearing blank.
The interventions list now supports filtering by date range: the statistics cards and all 3 charts automatically recalculate based on the selected dates.
The action plan and observations can now be filled in for any indicator (Safe to Load, APAVE...), not just Safe to Load.
The GMAO dashboard chart used to show only the Safe to Load rejection rate; it now also displays the APAVE success rates (1st and 2nd pass).
August 2026
Fixes the quick edit button for manufacturer/supplier in quotes: toggling between dropdown list and free text input now works cleanly without duplicate display.
Quote and purchase order forms now accept custom decimal VAT rates (such as 19.25%) without HTML5 validation blocking.
August 2026
Invoices, contracts and PDF exports now display the company's official name, full address and registration number when available.
New videos explain how to create a department, a service and a position in the HR module, accessible from the Help menu.
August 2026
For a truck with several compartments, each compartment can now receive a different product in a single loading operation, without having to re-enter the same information several times.
The invoiced price now depends on the transported volume and the rate specific to each product and carrier, rather than the distance traveled.
When an action fails, the application now indicates the precise reason, making it faster to correct.
Fixes a brief flash of unstyled content that could appear when opening the pricing page.
Archiving, restoring and deleting several items in a single operation, already available on Fleet Management and Controls, now also covers Trips (driving invariants, driving/rest time, camera monitoring, escorts), Operations (fuel, road expenses, invoicing, loadings, pricing), Settings (products, carriers, vehicle categories, channels, contract types…) and the Client Directory.
The date, cost, and source entered in the imported file are now correctly taken into account.
The footer no longer permanently occupies the bottom of the screen and now only appears once the page is fully scrolled through.
The footer (copyright, version, links) now displays correctly on small screens, without cut-off text or misaligned elements.
Selecting a product for each compartment when loading now works correctly (it could no longer be selected in some cases).
It is no longer possible to enter a transported volume greater than the compartment's physical capacity.
Once a loading is marked as delivered, the edit button is no longer shown, to avoid any confusion.
The cameras and the evaluation form now display stacked full-width, instead of squeezed side by side, for a less cramped window.
Action buttons (view/edit/archive) now only display correctly on click, as everywhere else in the application.
The transport pricing calculation mode (volume only, or volume × distance traveled) is now configurable per carrier, just like the fuel management mode.
The fuel management mode, external performance data management, and pricing mode are now available when creating a carrier and shown on its details page; a save issue also prevented them from being saved from the edit form.
The Profiles page title and indicators now use the same presentation as the other configuration modules; the title used to be hidden behind the navigation bar.
A multi-product loading's compartments now display correctly in the table, instead of staying empty.
The "Severity" column no longer appears in the control PDF report.
A loading for which no rate is configured yet no longer causes an error; it simply stays pending pricing.
An imported intervention's status (completed, in progress, canceled...) is now recognized regardless of how it is entered (case, accents...).
An expense can now be saved without an immediate signature when the driver isn't present; the remote signature link then becomes available from the list.
The driver concerned by an expense must now always be specified.
The maintenance dashboard's indicators and charts (costs, availability, Safe To Load rejection rate...) now reflect the selected vehicle and time period, instead of staying static.
Values entered in external performance now actually feed the Safe To Load rejection chart and indicator, instead of always showing zero.
This button, in the miscellaneous expenses list, now has its own color, like the other actions.
August 2026
A link (and a QR code) can now be sent to have a road expense signed remotely, without logging in or an account — just like for field meetings.
Once applied through this link, the signature can no longer be changed or redone, guaranteeing its validity.
The camera monitoring summary page now shows key indicators (total, completed, in progress) for a quicker overview.
Several display and stability fixes across the Inspections, Driving & Rest Time, and Trips modules.
August 2026
A new module lets any user report a bug or request support directly from the application, without going through an external channel.
Every report follows a precise cycle (new, in progress, awaiting reply, resolved, closed) and can only be handled by the support team.
No report can ever be validated by its own author — not even a support team member can process a ticket they created themselves.
Each user only sees their own tickets; only the support team has full visibility across all reports.
Exchanges can include screenshots to illustrate an issue.
Closed tickets remain available in the archives, with Excel and PDF export for tracking and reporting.
The severity level of a checklist item (minor, warning, critical) is now always resolved from the checklist's official definition, rather than from information sometimes missing from the mobile submission.
An inspection whose only issue is minor is no longer classified at the same level as one with a genuinely critical issue.
A driver's cumulative mileage now recalculates correctly as soon as a new trip is created.
The recalculation also applies when a trip is edited or reassigned to a different driver — the previous driver's total is adjusted accordingly.
This very page: a permanent, public space tracing the application's evolution, accessible with or without logging in.
